Migrant Workers

Persons who qualify as migrant workers under the provisions of the Convention are entitled to enjoy their human rights regardless of their legal status. A lack of legal protection for migrant workers who arrive in the UK is giving the green light to unscrupulous employers to exploit them, according to the TUC.
